How it Works
I provide help with all software aspects of Apple-related technology and services. This includes setup, support, syncing, troubleshooting and training.
I can help you remotely, using Zoom, FaceTime, Phone and Messages. I can also visit your home or office. I am COVID conscious and will don a mask and sanitizer. I will expect the same from my clients.
I do not provide hardware repairs or installations.

On Site Support
Marin County (On Site visit to home or business)
$160 per Hour – 1 Hour minimum
San Francisco rate is $180 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
*After minimum, then charged in 15 minute increments.
Remote Support
Phone Calls:
I am happy to receive calls for scheduling appointments.
If the call involves setup, support or training questions, I will charge in 15 minute increments at $25.
Remote sessions via Zoom:
$70 per 30 Minutes – 30 Minute minimum.
*After minimum, then charged in 15 minute increments.
Prepay & Save On Site!
Marin County (On Site visit to home or business)
Schedule and prepay 5 hours – $700 (save $100 off hourly rate)
Schedule and prepay 10 hours – $1400 (save $200 off hourly rate)
Prepay & Save Remote!
Remote sessions via Zoom, Phone or FaceTime:
Schedule and prepay 5 hours remote – $600 (save $100 off hourly rate)
Schedule and prepay 10 hours remote – $1200 (save $200 off hourly rate)
Group Rates (3-10 people)
$220 / Hour On Site
$200 / Hour remote
